K-9 Registration Information for the 2024/2025 School Year

We are excited to announce Online Registration for Kindergarten - Grade 12 at all Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools for the 2024-2025 school year! New Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools (GSACRD) Students: Students that are new to GSACRD will complete the 2024-2025 New Student Registration Form which can be found on the Division website: https://www.gsacrd.ab.ca/
For all Pre-K registrations, please contact Division Office at 780-459-7711.
Once the Registration Form is completed you will receive an email confirming your submission. If you require any assistance with the registration process please contact the school directly.
Please note: Registration is not complete until the 2024-2025 Registration Form has been completed, reviewed and approved by the School Principal and all supporting documentation has been received by the school. Some examples of supporting documents are Birth Certificate, Parental Court Order, Fee Commitment forms for kindergarten or academy programs.
Registration Instructions:
1)Visit https://www.gsacrd.ab.ca/ and select 2024-2025 NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM.
2)Create an account in PowerSchool Enrolment.
3)Complete the Registration form in full and submit. You will receive an email confirming your submission.
4)Your student’s Registration form will be reviewed by the school and you will be contacted with further information.
Current Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools (GSACRD) Students:
Students who attended a GSACRD school during the 2023-2024 school year will use the PowerSchool Parent Portal when registration at their school opens. Please refer to the Division website for registration dates.
